Our Shoppers

ShopTalk2000 currently has a "shopping force" of over 50 evaluators located throughout the continental U.S. Each of our "shoppers" is carefully selected according to rigorous criteria that include an extensive background in hotel sales. Upon hiring, each shopper receives thorough training and ongoing instruction on conducting shops. In addition, our shoppers' work undergoes a meticulous review process to ensure the consistency and accuracy of our product. Our shoppers are sensitive to the importance of each individual evaluation they perform. With their background, they can truly appreciate what it is like to "walk in the shoes" of the customer and the manager.
